Walls freshly painted in Behr Paint "Warm Beige."

New laminate flooring in unstained "maple." Nicely trimmed with new white moldings and window trim. Windows completed with bamboo roll blinds.

New commercial, high traffic grade carpet in darker neutral brown shades on stairs. [An extra piece has been saved in case of future owners' need to replace any in the future due to damage.]

Fixtures

Convenient three-way-switch controls a white ceiling fan/light.

A funky contemporary stainless and glass chandelier hangs over the stairwell.

Storage

Storage and more storage! The upstairs storage is a pack-rat's dream. Five large closets in total; one outside each upstairs room, each with a white bi-fold door [except glass on the walk-in] and brushed steel knobs.

Three of the nearly floor to ceiling closets have shelves (two are very deep and roomy, the third is suitable for books), one has a clothes rod and a shelf.

Just off the main hall is an alcove with a full walk-in closet. The walk-in has custom bi-fold white painted wood and lovely beveled glass doors. There are four 5-foot long clothes rods [2-top, 2-bottom] and two 5-foot shelves above. The walk-in can be used to service the Master or adjacent bedroom. There is a row of clerestory windows above the closet alcove for extra lighting.

Unique Features

Laundry made easier! Extremely handy laundry chute located between the two east bedrooms. The chute cleverly opens into an upper cabinet in the laundry room over the deep basin utility sink. There are four shelves for books or photos over the chute. The entire unit can be optionally concealed by a bamboo rolling blind or left open to display the contents of the shelves.

New white banisters with clean-lined iron balusters. The banister takes a lovely, swooping curve at the bottom of the stairs, following the classic "arch" theme throughout the home.

A space at the top of the landing by a large south-facing window is ideal for plants or a rocking chair for reading in the mid-day sun.

One of two hook-ups for the central vacuum are located in this hallway.
