Walls freshly painted in Behr Paint "Warm Beige."

Quality vinyl flooring in tile pattern has many guests convinced it is true tile. This floor is far easier to keep clean and is far safer than slippery, hard, cold tile in an entry area which will see water from the outside in winter.

Storage

One narrow closet with wire shelving. One double width coat closet with cubbies for hats, gloves and smaller items. Both closets have matching bi-fold doors with brushed chrome knobs.

Spacious pantry in the adjoining rear hallway just behind the fridge. The floor to ceiling pantry is deep and has full-length doors in matching maple to the kitchen trim.

Unique Features

Back door has a special-ordered, energy-efficient cat/medium dog door which lets out a fraction of the heat as typical pet doors. Two optional white panels can be used to seal the door.

The coat closet has a forced air heat vent inside which is handy for drying moist boots, coats and gloves in winter.
