Storage

If the cabinetry isn't enough, there is a spacious pantry in the adjoining rear hallway. The floor to ceiling pantry is deep and has just been completed with full-length doors in matching maple.

Hang clothes to dry on a rod at the entrance of the room.

Unique Features

Laundry made easier! Extremely handy laundry chute located in a 30" wide upper cabinet above the deep basin utility sink. The cabinet hides unmentionables until time to wash the laundry.

The exterior wall at the window is framed for a door, should the new owners ever decide to add a carport or garage to the side of the home.
